Delete your Resiboo Cloud account

This page is only about Resiboo Cloud accounts. A Resiboo Cloud account is created when you sign in with Google or Apple inside the app to use the optional Resiboo Cloud subscription (sync and shared vaults).

Resiboo itself works without any account. Receipts in your Personal Vault live only on your phone and are never uploaded. If you never signed in to Resiboo Cloud, there's no account to delete — uninstalling the app, or using Settings → Delete local data, removes your data from the device.

If you own a Cloud vault:

1. Open Resiboo and switch to your Cloud vault (the vault you own).
2. Go to Settings → Resiboo Cloud → Account deletion.
3. Confirm "Delete account".

The Account deletion section appears while your own Cloud vault is active. If you only joined someone else's vault as a member, request deletion by email instead (below).

Don't have the app installed? Email dev.ezraanglo@gmail.com from the email address on your Google or Apple sign-in, with the subject "Delete my Resiboo Cloud account".

We'll confirm by email, usually within a day or two, and process the deletion.

• Deletion is scheduled, not instant. Your account and any vault you own are kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted. During those 30 days you can sign back in and restore your account.
• Vaults you own become read-only for other members immediately, so they can export their own copy before the vault is deleted after 30 days. Deleted along with the vault: its receipts, receipt images, categories, tags and member list.
• Vaults you were only a member of: you're removed from them. The owner's vault and its receipts stay with the owner.
• Your Personal Vault on your phone is not affected — it was never uploaded.

Resiboo Cloud is billed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it there, otherwise you may keep being charged:

• Google Play: Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
