Terms and Conditions

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, extracting its source code, or creating derivative versions is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Application stores your receipts and related data locally on your device by default. You are responsible for the security of your device and, if you enable it, your own cloud backup account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Resiboo Plus is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed through your App Store or Google Play account settings, not through Resiboo directly. Prices, including any launch pricing, are subject to change with notice.

Optional AI-powered features (line-item extraction, Ask Resiboo) rely on third-party AI providers and may occasionally produce inaccurate results. You should verify important figures before relying on them, for example for tax or reimbursement purposes.

The Application is provided "as is." The Service Provider does not guarantee the Application will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version, and accepts no liability for data loss, including due to device failure, uninstalling the app without a backup enabled, or third-party service outages.

The Service Provider may update, change, or discontinue the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. Upon termination of the service, your license to use the Application ends and you should uninstall it; data already stored locally on your device or in your own cloud backup is unaffected.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
