Terms and Conditions

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms and conditions apply to the Resiboo app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Ezra Jeremiah Anglo (the "Service Provider") as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them before use.

Intellectual property

Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, extracting its source code, or creating derivative versions is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Your data

The Application stores your receipts and related data locally on your device by default. You are responsible for the security of your device and, if you enable it, your own cloud backup account or your Resiboo Cloud account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

AI features

Optional AI-powered features (line-item extraction, Ask Resiboo) rely on third-party AI providers and may occasionally produce inaccurate results. You should verify important figures before relying on them, for example for tax or reimbursement purposes.

Resiboo Cloud subscription

Resiboo Cloud is an optional, auto-renewing subscription ($3.99/month or $29.99/year) billed through the App Store or Google Play, and is available on iOS and Android. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and billing begins.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

If you cancel or a payment fails, your vault becomes read-only at the end of the current billing period; as the vault owner, you can still download it to a local, fully offline copy at any time.

No warranty

The Application is provided "as is." The Service Provider does not guarantee the Application will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version, and accepts no liability for data loss, including due to device failure, uninstalling the app without a backup enabled, or third-party service outages.

Updates & termination

The Service Provider may update, change, or discontinue the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. Upon termination of the service, your license to use the Application ends and you should uninstall it; data already stored locally on your device or in your own cloud backup is unaffected.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
