Deleting your Resiboo Cloud account
If you have a Resiboo Cloud account, you can delete it and its data at any time from Settings → Resiboo Cloud → Delete account in the app. Prefer we do it for you? Email dev.ezraanglo@gmail.com from the address on the account and we'll confirm once it's removed. Free doesn't use an account, so there's nothing to delete there.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Does this replace my budgeting app?
No, and it isn't meant to. Keep YNAB, your spreadsheet, or whatever you already use — Resiboo just handles the data entry and hands you a clean export when you need one.
Does Resiboo work without internet?
Yes. Scanning, extraction, search, stats, categories, and export are all offline-first and run entirely on your device. Only an optional AI provider or cloud backup connection needs a network.
Do I need an account?
Not for Free — that never changes. There's no sign-in, no profile, and nothing tying your data to an email address. An account (sign in with Apple or Google, no password) is only needed if you buy or join a Resiboo Cloud vault.
What is Snap & Go?
An optional setting that skips the review screen entirely: take the photo, and the camera closes immediately while extraction finishes in the background. You still see anything that needs a second look, in Needs attention.
What can Ask Resiboo do?
Ask questions about your own spending in plain language — "how much did I spend at Target this month," "show me my biggest purchase" — or add an expense or reminder by talking or typing. It only ever answers from your own data.
Is my data private?
Yes. Receipts stay on your device by default and nothing reaches a Resiboo server. Cloud backup, when you turn it on, connects to your own iCloud or Google Drive. Resiboo Cloud is the one exception — it's the first time receipt data leaves the device for any user, encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to sync and share your vault. Is Resiboo really free?
Free is fully free — scanning, AI line-item extraction, Ask Resiboo, local/cloud backup, and unlimited exports, no tiers, no trial, no credit card. Resiboo Cloud is a separate, optional paid plan for multi-device sync and vault sharing.
Is Resiboo available on Android?
Yes — Resiboo is on both the App Store and Google Play, and Resiboo Cloud works on iPhone and Android.
Can I export my receipts?
Yes, to CSV with your choice of columns, categories and date format, and as many saved export profiles as you want.
What happens if I cancel Resiboo Cloud?
Your vault stays visible but becomes read-only until you renew or download it. As the owner, you can download your vault to a new, fully offline local copy at any time — nothing is deleted on cancellation.
What's the difference between Free's backup and Cloud sync?
Free's backup zips your local library to your own iCloud, Google Drive, or a local file, on demand. Resiboo Cloud sync is live and automatic — multiple devices or people read and write the same vault in real time.
