What it actually does

Resiboo Cloud turns your local-only library into a vault — a shared, always-current copy that lives on more than one device. Two things change once it's on:

• Sync across every device on your account. Scan a receipt on your phone, see it on your tablet. No manual export, no waiting for a backup job.
• Share a vault with people you invite. Send an invite code to a partner, roommates, or a business co-founder, and everyone reading and writing to the same vault sees the same data, in real time. There's no cap on how many people join — a shared storage and AI-credit pool regulates size instead.

Everything else about Resiboo — the scanning, the AI extraction, Ask Resiboo, CSV export — works the same whether you're on Free or Cloud. Cloud doesn't unlock features so much as it unlocks more than one device.

What it costs

Resiboo Cloud is $3.99/month or $29.99/year (roughly 37% off the monthly rate), with a 7-day free trial on either plan. Each vault gets 10GB of storage and 2,000 AI-relay credits per month, pooled across everyone sharing it — so a two-person vault isn't more expensive than a solo one, it just shares the same pool.

Signing up uses passwordless sign-in with Apple or Google — never an email and password.

The one real tradeoff

A Resiboo Cloud vault is live and online, not a synced-and-cached local copy. That's a deliberate design choice, not an oversight: it's what makes real-time sharing between multiple people actually work. It also means, for the first time in Resiboo's history, some receipt data leaves the device — encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to sync and share your vault. If you'd rather your data never touch a server, Free was built for exactly that, and it isn't going anywhere.
